As a Customer Service Advisor with Dutch, you'll be working shifts between 09:00 - 01:30 and responsible for answering client and restaurant queries via phone, chat, and email. You’ll help find solutions to a range of issues—from delayed orders to restaurant requests—and communicate them in a clear and friendly way. You will be their first point of contact and represent Takeaway.com
Job Responsibility:
Communicate with customers and partners using email, chat and phone
Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Update information about restaurants in our system, e.g. opening hours, menus, etc.
Resolve order-related issues and ensure timely order confirmation
Collaborate with your teammates to ensure high-level customer satisfaction
Requirements:
C1 written skills in Dutch, good command of English
Passionate about delivering service excellence and achieving satisfaction
Competent PC user with the ability to multitask/toggle between multiple systems
Effective communicator (written & verbal) with an eye for detail and a resilient approach
Embraces ownership and accountability
Great teammate, willing to share and adopt ideas and best practices with professionalism and respect
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
