Job Description:

Are you looking to start your career in customer service and gain a recognised qualification at the same time? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Support Advisor Apprentice. You’ll become a key point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries and learning how to deliver a high-quality service in a busy call centre environment. This role is designed to help you build confidence, develop communication skills, and gain valuable workplace experience while completing a Customer Service Apprenticeship. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, with NO weekends or evenings! You will benefit from a flexible rolling shift pattern 8AM to 4:30PM, 8:30AM to 5PM or 9AM to 5:30PM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and supporting with general enquiries
  • Listening to customers and understanding their needs
  • Providing clear and helpful information about products and services
  • Supporting with customer issues and learning how to resolve complaints effectively
  • Updating customer records and using internal systems
  • Working with colleagues across different teams to find solutions
  • Building confidence in delivering a professional and friendly customer experience
  • Developing your skills through training and your apprenticeship programme

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and confidence speaking to people
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliable, organised, and motivated to develop new skills
