We're currently looking for a Customer Supply Coordinator for the Nordics for our office in Stockholm.

Job Responsibility

  • Own Nordic in-market performance by driving excellence in customer supply, demand planning and order execution
  • Act as the key operational contact for customer service teams, retail partners and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and develop local third-party logistics partnerships, ensuring delivery against KPIs, service levels and cost targets
  • Drive availability, stock optimisation and inventory lifecycle management
  • Lead forecasting collaboration with Sales and Planning
  • actively contribute to Sales and Operations / Integrated Business Planning
  • Analyse sales, forecast, service and stock data to improve promotional performance and forecast accuracy
  • Support display building, co-pack operations and clearance activities
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements across supply chain processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain, demand planning, customer logistics or operations
  • Background in FMCG, consumer health, retail or other fast-moving environments
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and/or third-party logistics providers
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Experience working cross-functionally in sales and operations planning or demand planning processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
  • Proactive, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization
