Job Description:

Reporting to our Senior Manager, Costco, you will serve as a key contributor within our WBC team and be an important strategic partner for our Club partners (Costco, Sam's Club, BJs). We need someone who is committed to making a positive culture impact and a strong contributor. This individual will help optimize and enhance our customer supply chain support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the go-to Supply Chain expert for all things Club both internally and externally
  • Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Club customers on supply and execution, build trust and grow relationships
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring all goals and targets are met, address and resolve gaps quickly
  • Provide weekly reporting and insights specific to each brand and customer
  • Inventory Management: Track and analyze inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts, collaborate with operations and sales
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key KPIs related to supply chain operations and customer satisfaction, provide regular reports to leadership
  • Best-In-Class Process: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of CPG supply chain management or replenishment experience
  • Strong customer-facing experience with club channel (Costco and Sam’s Club preferred)
  • Proficient in analyzing supply and order/shipment data sets to provide clear status updates and actionable insights
  • Experience in tracking and reporting KPIs to cross-functional groups (OTIF, compliance, chargebacks)
  • Ability to navigate multiple levels of an organization and explain complex topics to non-expert stakeholders
  • Experience managing external customer relationships within the supply chain
  • Relationship building, ability to lead through collaboration & influence vs. complete ownership
  • Results oriented with a strong bias for action
  • ability to take the lead in developing tools & processes
  • Great organizational skills with an eye for consistency, quality, and order
  • Fantastic communication skills – listening, verbal, and written
