Job Description:

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the operational and analytical needs of the Account Sales teams. This position ensures accurate reporting, efficient communication with key stakeholders (including customers such as Walmart, LCL & Costco), and timely execution of forecasting, inventory, and replenishment tasks. The role requires strong collaboration across internal departments and external partners to maintain service levels, resolve discrepancies, and support strategic planning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and distribute weekly reports including: POS and OOS reports and Manage order tracking and documentation
  • Customer service management, oversees PO compliance and is the conduit between Leclerc and customer (WM, LCL, Costco)
  • Prepare and collaborate on weekly Inventory Status reports
  • Participate in bi-weekly Touchpoint meetings (EDI/SAP)
  • Prepare and analyze Scorecard Reports
  • Generate and validate Instock Calculation, Store On Hand, Fillrate, and ADHOC reports
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning team to update weekly Inventory Status reports
  • Develop monthly forecast tools and input baseline data into SAP
  • Prepare reports for customer meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or sales operations
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, SAP, BOBJ)
  • Retail Link, LDIA & Circana experience required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred
  • CPG experience is required
