Join Skyward as a Customer Success Technical Specialist and help enhance K-12 education through innovative software solutions while enjoying a collaborative and supportive work environment. This is not a typical customer service/call center role. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment one-on-one with customers while collaborating with your team to provide training and solutions for our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Develop personalized implementation plans for new customers and contribute to the ongoing success of current customers
Provide training and solutions for customers
Consult with customers through voice, electronic means, and in-person to gather information and evaluate the software functionality
Design and formulate appropriate solutions, direct system set-up, and recommend procedures
Serve as the front line in our mission to provide the best possible experience for our customers
Requirements:
Two or four-year degree or equivalent education and experience
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong work ethic
Dependability with organizational skills
Ability to work both in team and solo environments
Must be able to travel as travel is required (could include overnight stays)
