Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and with attention to detail to customer inquiries through email and other communication channels
Assist customers in resolving connectivity issues and troubleshooting technical problems
Manage multiple browsers and tools efficiently to ensure accurate and timely responses
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the system
Provide administrative support by streamlining processes and ensuring adherence to operational procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions
Communicate updates and resolutions to customers in a clear and detail-oriented manner
Offer guidance on administrative procedures to enhance the customer experience
Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage correspondence and organize tasks effectively
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational enhancement
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting
Proficiency in handling multiple browsers and navigating various tools simultaneously
Strong skills in written communication, particularly in email correspondence
Familiarity with addressing and resolving connectivity or technical issues
Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and follow operational procedures
Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for organizing and managing tasks
A proactive approach to identifying and solving customer challenges
