Customer Success Specialist

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure timely resolutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, providing step-by-step guidance to customers
• Manage and track customer interactions using multiple browsers and tools for accurate documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Draft well-crafted email correspondences to provide clear and concise information to clients
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate solutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and maintain strong relationships
• Handle high-volume customer interactions in a call center environment with efficiency and professionalism

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Proficiency in managing multiple browsers and navigating various online tools
• Strong skills in drafting and managing detailed email correspondences
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with the paper/packaging industry
