We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Battle Creek, Michigan. In this contract-to-permanent role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support within a manufacturing company. This position offers the opportunity to grow with the organization and transition to a permanent role as the company continues to expand. This role is 100% onsite, M-F 8am-5pm.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions
Deliver detailed product information and address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction
Support order processing by managing documentation and performing clerical tasks
Organize and maintain office systems to ensure a smooth workflow
Collaborate effectively with team members and management to meet business objectives
Uphold a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a productive environment
Utilize accounting software to support administrative functions without performing accounting tasks
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers regarding requests and complaints
Adapt to changing priorities and operate independently to meet deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
Proficiency in handling multi-browser systems and email correspondence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Familiarity with accounting software and production operations
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Positive attitude and professionalism in a small, close-knit team setting
Reliable and punctual with a commitment to delivering quality results
