Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Guide clients through benefit and billing processes to ensure clarity and satisfaction
Deliver accurate data entry and maintain detailed customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide tailored solutions
Assist in onboarding new business clients and ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
