Job Description

A growing insurance organization in West Des Moines is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support new business operations and serve as a trusted point of contact for agents.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide prompt, professional responses to incoming customer inquiries related to new business services
  • Guide clients through policy questions, account updates, and service-related needs
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer data across internal systems
  • Utilize CRM and internal tools to document interactions and track follow-ups
  • Review new business submissions, identify discrepancies, and support processing efforts
  • Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams via phone and email

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or client support experience
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently
  • Experience in a fast-paced, inbound call environment
  • Familiarity with CRM or business systems
  • Insurance, financial services, or benefits experience preferred
