A growing insurance organization in West Des Moines is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support new business operations and serve as a trusted point of contact for agents.
Job Responsibility
Provide prompt, professional responses to incoming customer inquiries related to new business services
Guide clients through policy questions, account updates, and service-related needs
Accurately enter and maintain customer data across internal systems
Utilize CRM and internal tools to document interactions and track follow-ups
Review new business submissions, identify discrepancies, and support processing efforts
Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams via phone and email
Requirements
1+ year of customer service or client support experience
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional approach
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently
Experience in a fast-paced, inbound call environment
Familiarity with CRM or business systems
Insurance, financial services, or benefits experience preferred
Nice to have
