Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Irvine, California, this role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in customer service and the ability to navigate various systems and platforms effectively. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions
  • Assist clients with billing, benefit functions, and other service-related concerns
  • Utilize CRM tools and software to manage customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues
  • Leverage your knowledge of programs like ADP Financial Services and Epic Software to support customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Guide customers through processes and ensure they understand available resources
  • Use Office tools and other computer programs to prepare reports and track performance metrics
  • Deliver exceptional service while adhering to company policies and standards
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and system enhancements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role
  • Proficiency in tools such as ADP Financial Services, Avaya CMS, and Epic Software
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience with CRM platforms and managing customer data
  • Familiarity with Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle inbound calls and assist customers with a variety of needs
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-focused mindset
