We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Champlin, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, responding to inquiries, and maintaining attentive relationships. Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the sales team to consistently meet customer service expectations and ensure satisfaction
Provide detailed and accurate information on pricing, inventory availability, shipping costs, and delivery timelines
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and initiate purchase orders with precision
Process orders, changes, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures
Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering friendly and attentive support
Calculate pricing, discounts, shipping fees, and sales margins efficiently
Investigate and resolve customer concerns such as product quality issues or shipment delays
Recommend additional products and services to customers and close sales opportunities
Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining customer records and organizing order documentation
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or data entry role
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Ability to calculate pricing and discounts effectively
Familiarity with processing orders and maintaining customer databases
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
Problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and requests
Organizational abilities to manage administrative tasks efficiently
