We’re seeking someone who brings professionalism, patience, and genuine care to every customer interaction. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails—supporting customers with status updates, questions, general inquiries, and the occasional grievance. You’ll handle a high volume of calls, route inquiries to the right team members, and enter accurate information into our systems.
Job Responsibility:
Provide prompt, high‑quality service to both internal and external customers
Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and place outbound calls with a friendly, solutions‑focused approach
Use active listening and thoughtful questions to get to the root of each customer’s concern
Route or escalate calls appropriately and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Document every interaction clearly and thoroughly to support smooth follow‑up
Enter customer information accurately into the system and keep records updated
Help monitor trends and inefficiencies, offering ideas that support better customer experiences and smoother internal processes
Continue expanding your knowledge of company processes so you can provide stronger support
Jump in to assist other departments as needed and take on special projects
Requirements:
An associate’s degree from an accredited school is preferred, but not required
At least six months of customer service or related experience
Comfortable reading and understanding general instructions, manuals, and procedures
Able to write clear, detail oriented correspondence
Confident speaking with customers and providing verbal guidance
Bilingual skills—especially Spanish—are a strong plus
Able to handle basic math functions including fractions, decimals, percentages, and interpreting simple graphs
Able to understand and follow written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions and solve problems using practical judgment in standard situations
Familiarity with general office operations, workflow processes, telecommunications, data entry, and file management
Comfortable typing while talking on the phone
Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software systems
