Job Responsibility:
Build strong relationships with clients and community members to support engagement and success
Guide clients through programs and services, ensuring they have the resources they need
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and empathetically
Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes
Maintain accurate records in CRM or database systems to track interactions and outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement client-focused solutions
Contribute to process improvements to enhance client experiences and organizational impact
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
2+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or related roles (nonprofit experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve, and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or database systems
