Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Ontario, Oregon. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience by addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as typing correspondence and documents, maintaining files, photocopying or faxing documents, answering the telephone, and taking messages as required
  • deliver a positive first impression and greeting to walk-in customers and others
  • process customer transactions by phone, in writing or in person according to organization standards
  • ensure customer information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality
  • assist in the preparation and processing of loan making and servicing transactions and crop insurance projects as needed
  • maintain branch inventory
  • order and maintain office supplies
  • participate in mail activities including opening, collecting, distributing, delivering to post office, and maintaining related equipment
  • maintain and monitor customer records and necessary follow-ups by documenting and ensuring accuracy of information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or customer service role
  • strong proficiency in using multi-browser platforms and troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • excellent written communication skills for precise and effective email correspondence
  • familiarity with Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools and their applications
  • ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on exceeding expectations
  • strong organizational skills to handle clerical tasks efficiently
  • problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and attention in customer interactions.
