We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Ontario, Oregon. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience by addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. Job Responsibility:
Perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as typing correspondence and documents, maintaining files, photocopying or faxing documents, answering the telephone, and taking messages as required
deliver a positive first impression and greeting to walk-in customers and others
process customer transactions by phone, in writing or in person according to organization standards
ensure customer information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality
assist in the preparation and processing of loan making and servicing transactions and crop insurance projects as needed
maintain branch inventory
order and maintain office supplies
participate in mail activities including opening, collecting, distributing, delivering to post office, and maintaining related equipment
maintain and monitor customer records and necessary follow-ups by documenting and ensuring accuracy of information.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer success or customer service role
strong proficiency in using multi-browser platforms and troubleshooting connectivity issues
excellent written communication skills for precise and effective email correspondence
familiarity with Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools and their applications
ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on exceeding expectations
strong organizational skills to handle clerical tasks efficiently
problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and attention in customer interactions.
