Customer Success Specialist

• Handle approximately 30 customer calls daily, addressing inquiries related to property and casualty policies
• Identify potential sales opportunities during client interactions and transfer leads to the sales team
• Review and interpret policy notes to provide accurate information to customers
• Assist clients with claims by collecting basic information and transferring them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a calm and detail-oriented demeanor during all customer interactions
• Work a rotating four-day workweek, ensuring consistent hours and pay
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation for all customer interactions
• Adhere to company standards for customer service excellence and compliance
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience

• Proven experience in customer service or related roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client conversations with professionalism and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and related computer programs
• Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Skilled in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating days off
• Willingness to obtain licensing upon securing a long-term position

Familiarity with property and casualty insurance policies is a plus
