Job Description

We are looking for highly organised individuals with previous customer service experience and well-developed communication skills. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be accountable for providing an amazing customer service, assisting the Credit Team and customers with applications and confidently resolving all product enquiries. We provide thousands of loans to customers each month and your contribution is important to optimise the customer experience and reduce the time it takes for a customer to receive a decision on their loan.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver the best customer service experience in all forms of communications, including but not limited to phone, emails, SMS and Live Chat
  • Engage with MONEYMEs customers and partners in a positive and professional manner to resolve a wide range of queries across all our products
  • Building rapport with customers to drive sales and conversions
  • Review and assess customer accounts
  • Process documents and note accounts with actions taken.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills/ phone manner and ability to interact with external customers and internal partners
  • Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to think quickly on the phone in finding solutions for customers
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously, own and complete projects as well as multi-tasking.
