As a Customer Success manager you are the primary architect of our customers' success. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring CyberVadis becomes an indispensable part of their security strategy. You will own the entire post-sales relationship—from strategic onboarding and program expansion to commercial renewals.
Job Responsibility:
Architect customers' success as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Own the entire post-sales relationship from strategic onboarding to commercial renewals
Guide customers in implementing and maturing their TPCRM programs
Partner with clients to ensure CyberVadis is integrated into their internal processes
Act as a consultant beyond tool training
Build and maintain partnerships with Project Managers, Decision Makers, and Executive Sponsors
Act as main point of contact providing proactive strategic support and reactive project management
Turn customers into brand ambassadors
Develop and maintain Account Plans and Customer Program Plans
Lead contract renewals and identify upselling opportunities
Ensure customers maximize utility of solution
Monitor customer operations to meet operational KPIs
Use analytical skills to monitor account health and ensure measurable ROI
Liaise between customer and internal teams
Lead or support internal customer-focused projects
Contribute to positive team culture through peer-coaching
Requirements:
5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Management Consulting, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
Native or professional fluency in German and English is essential
French is a significant advantage
Proven track record of developing complex Account Plans and navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
Data-fluent with ability to translate complex datasets into compelling stories via Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable with Salesforce, modern Project Management tools, and the Google/MS Office suites
Self-driven, thrive in fast-paced environments, possess agility to pivot as industry evolves
