We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in retail and tech/SaaS to join our newly established team in San Antonio. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends relationship management, product expertise, and commercial acumen. You will work closely with some of our most important retail customers, helping them maximise the value of our platform. From onboarding through to renewals, your mission is to drive adoption, solve problems, and ensure long-term success.
Job Responsibility:
Own and nurture customer relationships, building trust and credibility across multiple stakeholder levels
Drive platform adoption and engagement, embedding RI’s solutions into customers’ daily operations
Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Support, and Sales teams to ensure customer needs are met
Lead customer onboarding, training, and success planning with a focus on retail-specific use cases
Identify growth opportunities and support renewals and upsell initiatives
Deliver value reviews and insights that clearly demonstrate our impact on retail performance
Proactively manage risks and resolve issues before they escalate
Requirements:
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
Retail industry experience is essential — ideally supporting or working directly with retail clients
Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and simplify complex concepts
Comfortable working with data and translating usage insights into strategic recommendations
Highly organised, self-motivated, and focused on delivering customer value
Experience with Microsoft tools is a bonus
