Storyblok is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Territory Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support customers at various stages of their journey, ensuring they have a positive experience with our platform. You will work closely with wider Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction maximizing our customer's lifetime value. You will develop, maintain, and improve processes or tactics, and optimize client engagement in order to delight and exceed the expectations of our customers. You will be an advocate for our customers, ensuring that their feedback and changing needs are communicated effectively to the wider company. Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on building relationships, understanding their needs, and driving account growth
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
Assist customers with basic platform usage questions and troubleshoot minor technical issues with guidance from the technical team
Relay customer feedback to the relevant teams to help identify areas for product improvement
Support the Customer Success Team with administrative and operational tasks, such as maintaining customer records and preparing reports
Develop and Participate in Customer Success projects and initiatives to improve processes or tactics, and customer engagement
Requirements:
Good understanding of customer success principles and a willingness to learn
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Organizational skills and attention to detail
2-3 years of experience
