The Customer Success Manager leads the Account Management team responsible for delivering a fun, easy, and tailored buying experience for clients. This role focuses on building a strong team, keeping accounts well supported, and ensuring the service model runs smoothly as the company grows. The manager hires and develops Account Managers, balances workloads, and monitors performance, client engagement, and operational consistency.
Job Responsibility:
Recruit, hire, and onboard Account Managers
Set clear expectations and coach team members toward strong performance
Monitor team activity, pipeline health, and client engagement
Assign new accounts and manage transitions when needed
Identify process improvements that make the team more efficient and organized
Support ongoing training so the team understands BRANDITO’s services and capabilities
Track key performance indicators in CRM tools including pipeline, margin goals, and client activity
Partner with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly across departments
Maintain a team culture that values accountability, collaboration, and strong client service
Requirements:
Experience in account management or a client-facing role as well as managing a sales team
Familiarity with CRM tools, email, and Microsoft-based applications
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment
A willingness to undergo a background assessment
