We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the bridge between our technology and our customers' success.
Job Responsibility:
Master the Onboarding: Guide new customers through implementation, ensuring a seamless transition to the AltaPay ecosystem
Be a Trusted Advisor: Build deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their primary advocate within AltaPay
Technical & Strategic Guidance: Translate complex technical questions (APIs, integrations) into business solutions in collaboration with our product teams
Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor transaction data to advise customers on checkout setups and new payment methods
Commercial Ownership: Lead the commercial health of your accounts by handling contract updates, addendums, and identifying expansion opportunities
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure we deliver on our promises every single day
Requirements:
Experience: A background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical AM (ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or Payments)
The Hybrid Mindset: You are equally comfortable discussing business ROI and technical API integrations
Organization: You can juggle multiple high-value relationships without dropping the ball
Languages: Fluency in Danish and English is essential (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the payment landscape or eCommerce ecosystems
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Jira, or similar technical tools
