Job Description:

Our client in Solana Beach, CA is looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to lead and build strong, long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional service, driving retention, and identifying areas for client growth. Job Responsibility:

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
Onboarding new customers, providing product training, and supporting client implementation efforts
Analyzing client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that maximize value
Monitoring account health metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion, and mitigating potential churn risks
Serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
Resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary
Consistently staying updated with the company’s products and services as well as industry trends

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or similar
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with data analysis tools
