Yotpo is searching for a dynamic client-facing Customer Success Manager to join the team. The role involves fostering a strong client understanding of goals and needs, ensuring their success with Yotpo products, and driving customer growth and satisfaction through commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Showcase deep understanding of retail, ecommerce, Shopify ecosystem, and D2C while consulting with marketing and operational leaders to optimize for acquisition, retention, and LTV
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging e-commerce expertise to consult on business challenges and objectives
Understand customer pain points and position thoughtful and tailored solutions for value realization and expansion
Build deep trust and demonstrate continuous value of solutions by renewing and expanding customers
Conduct regular business reviews and workshops to empower clients to maximize platform potential
Build and nurture strong client sentiment and engagement with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to inform product development and strategic decisions
Quarterback internal initiatives impacting business success
Demonstrate knowledge within different e-commerce verticals and tailor approach based on unique challenges
Be a highly visible Yotpo ambassador, partnering with clients, agencies, technology partners, and ecommerce platforms
Manage commercial responsibilities including renewal management and expanding existing accounts
Requirements:
Experience as a Customer Success Manager or an e-commerce marketing expert
