As a Customer Success Manager at SeenThis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination between clients, the sales team, and our technical producers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are executed successfully from initial order handling to final delivery. Your work will be essential in keeping our campaign processes running seamlessly-optimizing workflows, supporting tracking and troubleshooting, and maintaining transparency and alignment across teams. You ensure all details are correct, all materials are accounted for, and all stakeholders are informed.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the main liaison between clients, sales, and the production team to ensure seamless communication and successful execution of campaigns
Create and manage campaign orders in CRM, Videodrop, and Imagedrop systems
Ensure all order details—including order numbers and invoice information—are accurate and up to date
Assist with tracking setup, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure all campaign elements function correctly
Organize and manage incoming emails and campaign materials, ensuring all assets are properly logged and accounted for
Send reminders for missing assets, download and organize materials, and flag the need for additional information when necessary
Work closely with the AdOps team to facilitate feedback rounds and ensure campaigns remain on track
Proactively drive the campaign pipeline forward by securing booking details, gathering required assets, and ensuring deadlines are met
Keep the sales team updated on booking information, material requirements, and campaign progress to maintain transparency and alignment
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking and managing campaign materials
Familiarity with digital advertising, campaign coordination, or ad operations
Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM or campaign management tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience coordinating or managing projects in a fast-paced environment
