Leo Technology have partnered with a long standing client to help them make a critical hire for their customer success team! This multi-national company are the market leaders in retail loyalty solutions. With an enterprise client base including Sainsburys, Tesco, Walmart, Woolworths, and Asda, they're looking for a talented CSM to join them and work proactively with their accounts to ensure maximum value is generated whilst also focusing on building long-term relationships. As the Customer Success Manager you'll prioritise the needs and satisfaction of their customers. You'll work closely with a mixture of SME and Enterprise customers to ensure they're deriving value from the platform and understand the best practices relevant to their industries. You will collaborate with the Account Management team to identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and services to clients. You will also work closely with the Product teams to provide detailed client feedback to support the improvement and growth of the platform. Job Responsibility:
Prioritise the needs and satisfaction of customers
Work closely with a mixture of SME and Enterprise customers to ensure they're deriving value from the platform and understand best practices

Work closely with the Product teams to provide detailed client feedback to support the improvement and growth of the platform
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager
Experience working as a CSM for a SaaS product (ideally enterprise level)
A desire to solve customer problems and create customer happiness
Presenting and communication skills, in person and on video calls
