Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship building
Providing excellent customer service
Analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement
Working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA or related field
4 years of experience as a CSM in an early stage SaaS start up
Ability to develop and Manage given portfolio of accounts
Ability to sustain Business growth and profitability by maximising value
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
Experience is improving Product adoption
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Experience in TMS and Visibility solutions will be a added advantage
Collaborative mind set and team player with ability to multitask preferred
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
