Job Responsibility:
Onboard high-value programs: provide onboarding sessions, manage timelines, remove blockers, and follow up with customers
Account management: manage a portfolio of key customers, hold recurring meetings, handle client requests, and monitor account health
Expansion: strategically expand relationships with existing customers, retain spend, sign long-term agreements, and uncover new programs
Handle Feedback: uncover client goals, analyze requests, problem-solve, and provide feedback to product team
Requirements:
2+ years in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management
Preferred experience working at a high-growth B2B startup
