Customer Success Manager (Strategic & Mid-market) dedicated to specific important accounts (CHU, CH and large medical groups) in France. Job Responsibility:
Onboard, retain and grow strategic hospital accounts in France
Lead deployments in large centers (Strategic Onboarding & Leadership)
Build long-term ties with medical teams (Account Management & Retention)
Train medical staff on the platform (Training & Expertise)
Proactively identify and negotiate upsell opportunities (Upsell & Growth)
Regular site visits and participation in key medical congresses (~40% travel)
Work on high-impact transversal projects to improve CSM efficiency
Requirements:
At least one experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management
Comfortable with complex software products (SaaS culture)
Fluent in both French and English (speak and write)
Strategic communication and confidence in front of senior experts
Account leadership, autonomy, influence, and negotiation skills
Rigor, reliability, and high attention to detail
