Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Success Manager (CMS) located in Milan. As a CMS, you will be responsible for launching projects for our clients and managing client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success
  • Participate in online and offline activities in Italy and internationally
  • Communicate with OMNIC delivery team and client delivery team to ensure project delivery within the confirmed scope, time, and budget
  • Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and maintain transparent communication with all parties involved
  • Identify optimization opportunities within project delivery processes
  • Integrate optimization goals into project objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies for incremental changes
  • Monitor and measure performance and customer satisfaction rates
  • Ensure invoices are sent promptly and acceptance documents are signed
  • Maintain all project documentation in compliance with Italian legislation
  • Provide strong leadership to department heads and teams
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Develop talent within the organization through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in project management and client relations, particularly in handling large-scale deals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and data analysis

Nice to have:

Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
