This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Success Manager (CMS) located in Milan. As a CMS, you will be responsible for launching projects for our clients and managing client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success
Participate in online and offline activities in Italy and internationally
Communicate with OMNIC delivery team and client delivery team to ensure project delivery within the confirmed scope, time, and budget
Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and maintain transparent communication with all parties involved
Identify optimization opportunities within project delivery processes
Integrate optimization goals into project objectives
Develop and implement strategies for incremental changes
Monitor and measure performance and customer satisfaction rates
Ensure invoices are sent promptly and acceptance documents are signed
Maintain all project documentation in compliance with Italian legislation
Provide strong leadership to department heads and teams
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Develop talent within the organization through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives
Requirements:
Proven track record in project management and client relations, particularly in handling large-scale deals
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
Proficiency in English and Italian
Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and data analysis
Nice to have:
Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
