Job Description:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM ) in our Paris based office. Reporting to the Head of CSM: You will be in charge of the support and training of the application's administrators in order to facilitate their use. You will also be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by providing real added value in terms of the quality of your assistance in using the solution.

Job Responsibility:

Help our customers succeed in using the application
Coordinate / optimize incoming requests (email, phone, chat)
Follow and update the FAQ and our response templates
Assist in the development of documentation/tutorials/processes for our customers
Contribute to the improvement of the product through the user experience of our customers
Accompany customers in the use of the solution
Train client users in the administration of the application
Inform about new features to come
Liaise with internal experts for specific needs
Set up and animate the schedule of exchanges with the customers
To listen to customers' needs and respond to them by proposing relevant functionalities
Feed, report the exchanges in our CRM

Requirements:

5-year degree from a business school
at least 1 year of experience as a CSM
organized, versatile and curious
proactive and agile in all circumstances
good teacher and master the customer relationship
presence on social networks: Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Google+
a definite interest in digital and mobile technologies
"hit the ground running"

Nice to have:

Professional and fluent English is a plus
