Job Description

As a Graduate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible to manage existing HPE services customer's contracts and offering them value-add solutions together with the local HPE senior Customer success management team. Build and manage relationships existing clients and support sales in landing new cloud services customers. Support the full sales cycle for HPE cloud services: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and follow-up. Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Support the team in daily operational tasks. Stay informed about market trends and client challenges.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree within the last 12 months with a focus in computer science, business, economics, or related
  • Native level of Danish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interest in sales and client relationship management
  • Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools (outlook, excel, ppt)
  • Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Team player with a positive attitude
