Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and resilient Brand Protection Partner to serve as the primary advocate and strategist for our global clients. In this role, you aren’t just managing a dashboard; you are the architect of a safer online world. From dismantling counterfeit networks linked to organized crime to ensuring creators are rewarded for their innovation, you will lead the charge in protecting the integrity of some of the world’s most recognizable brands. This role is a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will act as the 'focal point' for your accounts, translating complex technical data into actionable business value while collaborating across our global delivery, legal, and tech teams to ensure every KPI is smashed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Account Ownership: You own the customer journey. You will create, drive, and continuously improve bespoke brand protection strategies, ensuring our services don't just meet—but exceed—client expectations
  • Value Translation: You will lead quarterly business reviews and regular strategy sessions. Your job is to dive into the data, explain the 'why' behind the reports, and demonstrate the tangible ROI of our enforcement efforts
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You are the bridge between the client and our internal operations team. You’ll work daily with Operations and Delivery teams to meet KPIs, and partner with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and ensure seamless renewals
  • Escalation & Crisis Management: You are calm in the storm. You’ll handle difficult conversations and high-pressure client escalations with poise, providing firm, clear, and evidence-based solutions when challenges arise
  • Industry Curiosity: Stay ahead of the curve on IP laws, counterfeiting trends, and emerging tech. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in thought leadership and speak at industry events to represent the Corsearch mission

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in Brand Protection, Customer Success, or Account Management (ideally within the IP or legal tech space)
  • Client-Facing: You aren’t scared of joining client calls alone. You can handle being 'put on the spot' by a frustrated stakeholder and can turn a challenging conversation into a productive partnership
  • IP Savvy (A Plus, Not a Must): While a legal or IP background is highly preferred to give you 'critical eyes' in front of the client, it is not compulsory. We value curiosity and the ability to learn our niche expertise quickly
  • Technical Agility: You are comfortable navigating a suite of platforms and proprietary tools. You should be 'tech-smart' enough to proactively reach out to our engineering teams to solve problems
  • The 'Company Mindset': You prefer the fast-paced, collaborative environment of a global tech company over the rigid structure of a traditional law firm
  • Proactivity: You don’t wait for an 'endover' or a manual. You are a self-starter who reaches out across departments to get the job done
  • Analytical Storytelling: You can look at a spreadsheet of infringements and tell a compelling story about geographical trends and strategic pivots
  • High Emotional Intelligence: You understand the nuances of client sentiment and can remain calm, firm, and empathetic under pressure
  • Operational Agility: You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, moving from a high-level strategy meeting to a deep-dive data analysis without missing a beat
  • Global Impact Driven: You are motivated by the knowledge that your work directly combats organized crime and protects consumers from dangerous products
