Job Responsibility

  • Take full ownership of client relationships, serving as a strategic partner to ensure long-term customer success
  • Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts with the focus on retention and growth
  • Visit clients regularly to strengthen relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with API partners to implement seamless integrations and solutions for clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the automotive sector
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Dutch and English
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to visit clients
  • Established network within the automotive industry, especially in garage formulas
  • Current resident of the Netherlands and you are legally able to work here

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of the automotive market in the Netherlands
  • Strong commercial, communication, strategic, and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in pipeline and account management tools
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving ambitious targets
