The Customer Success Intern will support the Customer Success team in delivering a great customer experience and helping customers adopt and realize value from KnowBe4’s security awareness training and phishing simulation platform. This 3-month internship is designed for someone who’s eager to learn consultative customer engagement, onboarding best practices, and customer health/adoption management in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support customer onboarding activities by helping track tasks and milestones
Assist in customer communications (email, calls, video) such as meeting follow-ups, onboarding reminders, and resource sharing
Help customers get started with best practices by compiling and sharing approved KnowBe4 resources
Leverage KnowBe4 assessments and reporting to support adoption insights
Monitor customer usage and health indicators by updating internal trackers/dashboards and escalating risks or blockers
Coordinate with Technical Support by gathering context, documenting issues clearly, and helping follow up on customer requests
Contribute to customer reviews by preparing data summaries for periodic check-ins or business reviews
Support renewal readiness by helping maintain accurate customer records, renewal dates, and engagement history
Maintain CRM hygiene by updating contact details, notes, activities, and customer status in Salesforce (or the company CRM)
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets
Word/Google Docs)
Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace)
Strong verbal and written communications
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
Curious, coachable, and comfortable working in a team environment
Fluent in Mandarin
Nice to have:
IT experience/exposure is a plus
Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or customer-facing roles
Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience working on projects involving customer support, onboarding, training, or account management (school, part-time, or internships)
