Job Responsibility:
Own and manage segments and action configurations for clients across the EU region, ensuring settings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with each account's strategy
Support Customer Success Managers in building and optimizing strategies on the Fanplayr platform, from initial setup to ongoing refinement
Build performance reports and analytics dashboards that give clients clear, actionable visibility into their campaign results
Monitor account performance on a continuous basis, identifying anomalies and flagging opportunities for improvement
Collaborate closely with the broader team to develop meaningful use cases and respond effectively to evolving client needs
Contribute to internal documentation and best practices as the team grows its EU footprint
Requirements:
Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with web analytics tools
Available for a 6-month, full-time internship starting ASAP
