Customer Success - Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)  AI Platform | Banking & Enterprise Technology London (Hybrid – Canary Wharf) £80,000–£100,000 + equity potential A highly-backed AI firm entering a major growth phase is hiring one of its first commercial-facing technical hires in London. The position sits somewhere between: Solutions Engineering Customer Success Forward Deployed Engineering Technical Consulting AI Implementation The business is building advanced AI technology designed to crawl, interpret, and operationalise complex internal knowledge environments - including codebases, documentation, workflows, and enterprise systems. Their first major institutional client is already secured. Now they need someone capable of helping enterprise banking customers successfully implement, adopt, and maximise the value of the platform. The Environment This is an early-stage company with serious backing, significant ambition, and genuine momentum. The founding team combines deep enterprise technology expertise with strong banking relationships and senior credibility across financial services. The London operation is being built now, with expansion planned across both the UK and US. You’ll join early enough to have real influence over: Client engagement strategy Product feedback loops Implementation processes Commercial growth Long-term customer outcomes The culture is fast-moving, intelligent, energetic, and highly entrepreneurial. The Role You’ll work directly with enterprise banking clients, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and commercial success.
