We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to support a fast‑paced, rapidly growing operation. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the problem‑solver in the inbox, and the go‑to person keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling customer enquiries with confidence and warmth
  • Managing around 60 inbound calls per week
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date and running efficiently
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and spotting opportunities to improve
  • Coordinating communication across teams
  • Supporting with day‑to‑day admin to keep customer journeys seamless

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or Retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
