Job Responsibility:
Handling customer enquiries with confidence and warmth
Managing around 60 inbound calls per week
Keeping CRM systems up to date and running efficiently
Monitoring customer satisfaction and spotting opportunities to improve
Coordinating communication across teams
Supporting with day‑to‑day admin to keep customer journeys seamless
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or Retail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
