Job Responsibility

  • Handling customer enquiries with confidence and warmth
  • Managing around 60 inbound calls per week
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date and running efficiently
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and spotting opportunities to improve
  • Coordinating communication across teams
  • Supporting with day‑to‑day admin to keep customer journeys seamless
