Job Description:

As a Customer Success Engineer at Endor Labs, you are the technical champion for our customers, guiding them with deep technical know-how and empathy. You will innovate, implement, and solve complex challenges in application security.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and roll out cutting-edge code and dependency scanning mechanisms using Maven and Gradle
  • become the primary technical contact for our customers
  • tailor our top-tier security solutions to fit into sophisticated customer environments
  • solve technical issues
  • build strong relationships with clients
  • collaborate with engineering teams
  • promote robust security practices
  • manage high-impact technical integration projects

Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of in-depth experience in software engineering
  • strong command of programming languages, application security, and DevOps practices
  • proven track record in crafting custom technical solutions
  • experience in customer-facing roles
  • strong English language skills
