A rapidly growing software company is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support client onboarding, account management, and customer retention initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building and helping customers achieve success while working in a collaborative technology environment. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and ongoing support.
Job Responsibility
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Assist clients with onboarding and implementation processes
Schedule and coordinate customer training sessions
Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels
Escalate technical issues to appropriate teams
Maintain CRM records and customer documentation
Track client activity and service metrics
Generate reports for leadership review
Support customer retention and account growth initiatives
Requirements
2+ years of customer service, account management, or customer success experience
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or CRM platforms preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Technology or SaaS industry experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills
