Job Responsibility
Conduct formal Value Reviews to identify growth and optimisation opportunities within customer travel programs
Deliver value-add analysis and strategic advice to customers
Drive sales, implementation, and training of key products and services
Optimise technology solutions (e.g. Online Booking Tool) to increase engagement
Influence customer behaviour and drive program compliance and leakage reduction
Identify and action organic growth opportunities across existing accounts
Upsell consulting and value-added services to expand revenue
Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline for the SDR Sales Team
Develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Capture activity and insights using Salesforce CRM and GONG
Manage a portfolio of 400+ customers with structured engagement cycles

Requirements
Travel management company experience (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate B2B sales-related role (desirable)
Experience managing a large and diverse customer portfolio
Proven ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions
Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers
Experience with Salesforce, Agentport, Power BI, SAP Concur, and M365 suite (desirable)
