Support customers via email and chat
Assist with onboarding and help trial users choose Optmyzr
Create educational and communication content
Represent customer insights and feedback internally
Handle follow-ups through calls/emails when appropriate

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in any discipline
Fluent in written and spoken English
Smart, scrappy, and eager to learn
Customer-centric with empathy and professionalism
High-energy, confident, and ownership-driven

Excited to grow and take on new responsibilities
Based in Santiago or willing to relocate
