Job Responsibility:

Support customers via email and chat
Guide trial users to determine if Optmyzr is the right fit
Assist with onboarding and product navigation
Create customer education and adoption content
Represent customer needs and feedback internally
Follow up through calls/emails when needed

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in any discipline
Fluent in written and spoken English
Smart, scrappy, and resourceful
Strong understanding of customer empathy and respectful communication
Willing to take ownership and work independently
High-energy, confident, and impact-driven
Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
Must be located in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
