Customer Success Associate

• Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting customers worldwide
• Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues
• Work with photographers to resolve disputes around the results of their photoshoots
• In a start-up environment, job duties may shift with customer needs, so flexibility is essential
• Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

• Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
• BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
• Track and monitor CSAT scores, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Fantastic phone manners and email etiquette
• A 'let's get it done' mindset
• The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
• Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule

BPO experience is a plus

• PHP 30k/month on-target earnings (including performance pay)
• PHP 1.5k-2k transportation allowance
