Job Description

As a Customer Success Assistant (Student Assistant) at Mercell, you will be part of the Customer Success Operations team. Customer Success is a team of 20 professionals delivering value to all customers by engaging in a consistent, sustainable, scalable way across all markets and solutions so that customers realize value in their investment with Mercell. This role will work with supporting Customer Success Managers and with customers in the private sector, suppliers delivering services and products to the public sector.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to and handle customer inquiries regarding billing, price adjustments, and account information
  • Distribute and follow up on internal cases for quick resolution of customer problems
  • Maintain customer data in our CRM system and Case system and use tools to improve workflows
  • Build good customer relationships and work proactively to solve their needs
  • Support the Customer Success team in various projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in Business administration, Economics or a related bachelor's or master's degree
  • Experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing roles
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Lithuanian, or Latvian.

  • Experience working in CRM systems and case management systems
  • Basic financial understanding
