Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Success Agent to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers experience exceptional value and support. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding service and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a committed customer success representative to ensure clients receive personalized and efficient support
  • Handle a daily target of 85 calls, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism
  • Advocate for customers by streamlining their experience and minimizing effort on their part
  • Analyze customer concerns independently and provide timely, effective solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using self-help tools and resources to resolve problems efficiently
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to deliver accurate information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and achieve one-call resolutions
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel, for effective communication and documentation
  • Monitor and meet call center metrics in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or call center role
  • Proven ability to meet call center metrics and handle high call volumes efficiently
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver elite customer experiences
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and self-help tools for resolving technical issues
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
