Job Description

You’ll play a key role in helping Vodafone Business customers get the most out of their technology and connectivity, while also shaping the future of how businesses grow digitally. As part of our Inside Sales team, you’ll build meaningful relationships, unlock new opportunities, and deliver solutions that make a real impact—all while being part of a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Job Responsibility

  • You’ll build, manage, and grow relationships with existing Vodafone Business customers, ensuring they stay engaged and supported
  • You’ll handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, creating a seamless and positive customer experience
  • You’ll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our mobile and converged product portfolio
  • You’ll use solution selling to clearly differentiate Vodafone from competitors and align solutions to customer goals
  • You’ll generate strong pipeline activity and consistently work towards achieving key sales and performance targets
  • You’ll manage customer queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations
  • You’ll contribute to improving customer satisfaction and NPS by delivering an end-to-end, high-quality experience
