As CSP Manager, you’ll be the strategic engine behind our market execution in Norway. You’ll lead the development of country-specific go-to-market strategies, turning Unilever’s category and brand objectives into actionable plans across channels, portfolios, and pricing. You’ll be the voice of the customer and shopper, bringing external insights into internal forums and enabling seamless execution across the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Portfolio & Channel Strategy: Define and manage the local portfolio, lead range reviews, and drive channel transformation
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies, lead promo planning, and oversee pricing performance
  • Annual Planning: Lead the creation of the annual country/category plan, aligning with Nordic and European priorities
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Build and drive 360° GTM plans across all 6Ps
  • Innovation & Launch Management: Shape innovation pipelines, set launch targets, and evaluate performance
  • Customer Engagement: Lead trade presentations, customer projects, and trade planning windows
  • Performance Management: Drive country performance reviews, set targets, and analyze competitor intelligence
  • Collaboration & Communication: Engage with Nordic and European chapters, deliver impactful presentations, and foster cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG across sales, marketing, or category management
  • Proven track record in customer engagement and understanding of Norwegian retail dynamics
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience in category management and NRM
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Norwegian spoken and written and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience executing GTM strategies within Unilever or similar FMCG environments
  • Strong implementation mindset with a bias for action and results
  • Advanced knowledge of digital, e-commerce, and emerging retail trends
