The Customer Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive patient-centric marketing strategies. This role requires deep understanding of patient journey mapping, market analytics, and brand strategy development. The incumbent will serve as the customer strategy expert, translating market insights into actionable plans to drive brand growth and market share.
Job Responsibility:
Develop annual customer strategy plan aligned with brand objectives and overall business goals
Formulate patient segmentation strategies and corresponding engagement approaches
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and patient insights
Design and implement integrated patient marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Develop patient education materials and disease awareness programs
Manage patient-focused digital marketing initiatives and content strategy
Establish KPIs and monitoring mechanisms for customer strategy effectiveness
Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy optimization
Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in roles related to patient marketing, patient engagement, or similar functions, with at least 3 years of experience in consumer marketing, internet platforms, and social media platforms
Experience in chronic disease areas (e.g., obesity, diabetes, metabolic disorders) is ideal
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy
